This package is designed for the bride and groom who have found their location but are not sure where to go from there. We will have 3 separate meetings prior to your event date either in person or over the phone for out of town couples. There is a planning meeting, a detail meeting and a final meeting to complete your ceremony and Reception diagrams and to create a working Timeline of events for your wedding day as well as phone consultations throughout. The fee for Full Service planning starts at $2595.00 and includes Month/Day of Event at no additional charge. Here are a few items that are included in this package.

Full Service Package Includes:

Our first meeting is an initial phone (for out of town couples) or in person Session (Up to 3 Hours) to determine Budget, Theme and Décor. We will create an overall Concept and discuss a plan of action.

  •   There will be subsequent phone consultations every two weeks for the first 3 months, and once a month as needed until your wedding date.
  •   Unlimited email contact for questions, concerns and etiquette advice
  •   2 Coordinators for every event (1 main contact and 1 additional Coordinator assistant for Day-of-event).
  •   We will provide vendor referrals for Invitations, Photographers, Bakeries, DJ/MCs and musicians, Officiates, Rentals, Florists, Linens, Chair covers, Transportation and Lodging information.
  •   We will attend up to 4 Vendor Meetings of your choice. We recommend Florist/Photographer/Bakery (and one other of your choice if applicable).
  •   We will follow-up with your Vendors confirming arrival times and special needs.
  •   We act as the liaison to your facility during the planning process, and attend 1 meeting with your facility.
  •   We can assist you with seating assignment ideas and how-to’s.
  •   We will provide you with Favor ideas and unique reception ideas.

As mentioned Month-of-event service is included with Full Service planning (see Lavish Package page for details, this is a $1200 savings included).

If you want to reserve the date we require a $500 deposit for your Wedding Package.
