This wedding was charming, timeless & full of romance! It took place at Temecula Creek Inn at the Meadows. To start Megan & Kyle’s ceremony was performed by Tom Garza, Megan’s Godfather and a long time family friend which always makes it extra special. They also chose to incorporate a wine box activity that family members could be a part of by contributing some symbolic items into their wine box to give the newlyweds some meaningful advice to weave into their marriage. I can’t think of a more beautiful way to begin their family story!

Everything about their wedding was a family affair, from their playlist, to décor, to the romantic elegant handmade bouquet. Everyone and especially Marina, Mother of the Bride, put plenty of time, effort, sweat (and happy tears!) into their wedding.

Their colors were white and taupe with a rustic shabby chic theme. Lovely burlap details, lace, handmade flowers created the ambiance. The sign in table had jute wrapped bottles, a vintage suitcase for cards, and a heart made out of corks for the guests to share advice for the couple.

A sweetheart table just for two displayed Megan & Kyle’s pictures when they were children and lovely handmade flutes by the bride’s mother Marina. The guest tables were beautiful. Galvanized containers with a candle nestled in natural moss. Lanterns, bottles decorated with burlap flowers and jute. Custom made favors filled with candy finished the place settings. To bring it all together there was touches of baby’s breathe from “VIP Florist” where everywhere!

Family photos and parents wedding pictures were placed around the venue for the guests to enjoy. All the attention to detail was incredible and the handmade items will be treasures for Megan & Kyle to cherish for years to come.

The photos by “Whimsie Photography” and amazing video by “The Wedding Memory” are beyond beautiful and brimming with emotion. In fact, the emotion and meaningful moments are what I love most about their day. One of those special moments was the Father of the Bride’s toast. It was one of the most heartfelt speeches I have ever heard. Jeff, I will always remember “bananas.”

This is where “my heart skipped a beat” comes into play. Just look at the groomsman and flower girl skipping down the aisle….priceless!

Jodee’s Bakery” delivered a scrumptious cake adorned with a darling cake topper, and a variety of her yummy cookies. They were deliciously displayed alongside decadent mini cobblers, pies and more delectable cookies by “Dough'Lectibles Bakery in Redlands, CA.” There wasn’t one left!

Megan, Kyle and their families hold a special place in my heart and I am so fortunate that they chose me to be their wedding coordinator.

Finally, they danced into the night with “Michael Hobbs – from Good Time Entertainment” and lived happily ever after!
